This is a new service being offered from Penticton Kia.

If you have pre-existing health conditions, please let us know so we can make arrangements to have your vehicle picked-up from your home, and delivered back to your home. Credit card payment is required for this service.

Should you opt for the Concierge Service we will require you to leave your vehicle in the driveway or in front of your home. For the health of our staff, they will not enter your home, or your garage. Our staff member will call you once they arrive at your home, and require you to leave your keys on the doorstep prior to their walking up to the door. Our staff member will sanitize your keys prior to touching them. For the safety of our staff a sanitizing process will take place prior to the staff member driving your vehicle to the dealership.

When the staff member returns your vehicle, they will once again sanitize the vehicle, and return your sanitized key fob to the doorstep. If you would prefer to utilize this service, please contact kia@pentictonkia.com to arrange the appointment.
